Support tailored to you.

I work with adults navigating a range of challenges. Every person's experience is different — my approach is always tailored to what you need.

Areas I work in

Anxiety

Persistent anxiety, social anxiety, panic, health anxiety, and generalised worry. We'll work to understand the patterns driving your anxiety and develop practical strategies to reduce its hold on your life.

  • Generalised anxiety and constant worry
  • Social anxiety and fear of judgment
  • Panic attacks
  • Health anxiety
  • Perfectionism and fear of failure

Depression

Persistent low mood, loss of motivation, or a sense of disconnection from life. We'll work together to understand what's contributing and find pathways back toward engagement and meaning.

  • Persistent low mood or sadness
  • Loss of motivation or interest
  • Emotional numbness or disconnection
  • Difficulty functioning day-to-day
  • Grief and loss

Neurodivergence

Neuroaffirming support for neurodivergent adults — including therapy, strategies, and a space where your experience is understood and respected.

  • Emotional regulation difficulties
  • Executive functioning challenges
  • Burnout and overwhelm
  • Navigating relationships and social situations
  • Identity and self-understanding

Women's health

Supporting women through the psychological dimensions of health, identity, hormonal changes, and life transitions — with warmth and a deep understanding of the challenges women face.

  • Perinatal and postnatal mental health
  • Perimenopause and menopause
  • Body image and self-esteem
  • Life transitions and identity shifts
  • Chronic illness and health concerns

Trauma counselling

Trauma can leave a lasting imprint on how we feel, think, and move through the world. I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to help process traumatic experiences and reduce their ongoing impact — a well-researched, effective approach to trauma recovery.

  • Childhood trauma and adverse experiences
  • Relationship trauma or abuse
  • Accident or medical trauma
  • Grief and complicated loss
  • Post-traumatic stress (PTSD)

Adult ADHD assessments

Comprehensive, compassionate ADHD assessments for adults. Understanding your neurology is a powerful step — I conduct assessments with care, thoroughness, and a genuine commitment to getting it right.

  • Lifelong difficulty with focus or concentration
  • Impulsivity and emotional dysregulation
  • Disorganisation and time management struggles
  • Suspected ADHD never assessed in childhood
  • Seeking a formal diagnosis for workplace or study support

Adult Autism assessments

Adult autism assessments conducted in a safe, affirming environment. I have a strong passion for this work and bring both expertise and compassion to every assessment.

  • Lifelong sense of being 'different' or misunderstood
  • Difficulty with social communication or sensory sensitivities
  • Burnout from masking or camouflaging
  • Late identification or self-identification as autistic
  • Seeking clarity and self-understanding

Combined ADHD & Autism assessments

Comprehensive combined assessments for adults who may identify with both ADHD and autism. Conducted with care, thoroughness, and a genuine commitment to understanding your full picture.

  • Overlapping ADHD and autism traits
  • Previous partial assessment or inconclusive results
  • Seeking a comprehensive picture of your neurology
  • Wanting to understand how ADHD and autism interact for you
  • Formal diagnosis for support, workplace, or personal clarity

The process

What to expect

01

Initial consultation

A session to understand what's brought you to therapy, your history, and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure — it's also a chance for you to see if we're a good fit.

02

Ongoing sessions

Sessions are typically 50 minutes. We'll find a rhythm and approach that works for you, drawing on whichever evidence-based methods best suit your needs and goals.

03

Telehealth

I offer telehealth sessions via secure video call for clients across Australia. Telehealth is just as effective as in-person therapy for most presentations.

Practical information

Fees, Rebates & Referrals

Fees

The fee for a standard individual 50-minute session is $240 (in person and telehealth). Fees are subject to change with a minimum of 4 weeks notice, which will be provided via email to current clients.

Referrals & Rebates

You're welcome to book an appointment at any time without a referral; full fees will apply at the time of your session.

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from your GP, you can receive a Medicare rebate for a set number of sessions each calendar year. Alternatively, if you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim a rebate — please check with your insurer to confirm your eligibility and level of cover.

Late Notice Cancellation Policy

The late notice policy applies to any changes or cancellations made to appointments (in person and telehealth) and is as follows:

Changes made with more than 48 hours notice do not incur a fee.

Changes made with more than 24 but less than 48 hours notice incur 50% of the full session fee.

Changes made with less than 24 hours notice incur the full session fee.

If two or more sessions are cancelled consecutively, or cancellations become frequent, future appointments may be paused or discontinued. Any late cancellation or missed session fees must be settled before the next appointment.
